Mission10:14 aims to plant Biblical churches that worship and magnify Christ and are able to reproduce themselves among their people, other villages, and ultimately among other people groups (cross-cultural missions). In other words, we choose to work cross-culturally to lead people groups to also become cross-cultural communicators of the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Therefore, we don’t want to just plant churches—we want to see them grow and mature. Recognizing this is the work of the Holy Spirit, we also recognize that God’s people are His chosen instruments for communicating the truth of Scripture and helping to establish the church.

Our work is simple: Share the good news and work the fields for as long as it takes to see the church established among a people group. This endeavor leads us to engage through a long-term, sustained commitment.
